At The Youth Express, we value your trust. If you decide that our publication is not the right fit for your child, we offer a fair and transparent cancellation process.

Mid-Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We follow a Pro-Rata Refund Policy, ensuring you are never locked into a service you do not wish to continue.

The "Leftover Months" Rule: Upon cancellation, we will refund the balance for the remaining months of your subscription that have not yet been served. We do not offer refunds for issues already printed, dispatched, or delivered.

How it Works & Annual Discounts

Please note that Annual Subscriptions include a special loyalty discount. If an Annual Subscription is canceled mid-term, the refund is calculated by charging the months already served at the Standard Monthly Rate, and the remaining balance is refunded.

Monthly/6-Month Pro-Rata Full refund of leftover months.
Annual Plan Discount Reversal Used months are billed at Standard Rate; balance is refunded.
Example: If you bought an Annual Plan for ₹990 (Discounted) but cancel after 3 months, we will deduct the cost of 3 months at the Standard Rate (e.g., ₹90 x 3) and refund the remaining amount.

Note for Kids Edition

Because the Youth Express Kids Edition is shipped as a 2-edition bundle monthly, the refund is calculated based on monthly shipping cycles. If a cancellation is requested after a month's bundle has been dispatched, the refund will apply from the following month.
